It consists of 2 lockable bedrooms, bathroom and a small kitchen with a dining table. You will have just one neighbour . Our tenants are young and friendly people, international, nice and easy-going, students or working professionals. Most of our tenants are girls. Top Warsaw's Location: Mokotów District, near Metro Wilanowska (subway station) and Puławska street. Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 2 minutes walk to tram stop in Puławska, 10 minutes with Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów. Easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw (close metro, many buses and trams). Very well communicated with schools and universities, for instance Vistula, SGH, WUT (Warsaw University of Technology), SGGW, Lazarski University, Warsaw University and other schools. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like Targ Śniadaniowy (public picnic for foodies called Breakfast Market) each Sunday from spring till mid-autumn. This flat is just for two people who may enjoy their privacy having two separate rooms but sharing a kitchen and a bathroom. All windows are sound proof , thanks to which it is a very quiet place despite convenient closeness to Warsaw's main street and all kinds of public transportation (metro, trams, buses, all within minutes' walk from the room). There is fast internet in the building with no extra charge. Kitchen is fully fitted, with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. The room has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real comfortable bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. Apartment is located on the first floor with a garden view from the window. Our building is located in one of the best and safest Warsaw’s locations. Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently communicated, just minutes drive to center. The building is surrounded by the garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the other person's right to resting at home. Therefore people do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep clean shared parts of the flat. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home. We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here. Please note it is not allowed to smoke here. Only tenants sleep in the room (no guests' sleep-overs are accepted).
