The SI-Centrum is one of the most visited points of interest in Stuttgart and it has much to offer Location, Location, Location !!! • U-Bahn Station Salzäcker 6 min • Apollo and Palladium Theater - right in front the property • Universität Hohenheim 15 min Amenities: -co-working desk - modern lobby - WIFI - TV - bedlinen set - towels - fully equipped kitchen - shared washing machine Information regarding the contract and deposit: In order to schedule a check-in time and to hand you the key to your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 months' rent, 1 month's rent for 1-month booking) in our bank account. After the booking on the platform, you will receive a booking confirmation on which you will find our bank account in order to pay the deposit. The deposit should be paid within 72 hours after booking the flat via Housing Anywhere. Once the deposit will hit our bank account you will receive another e-mail with the check-in information. Please keep in mind that international transfers could take a few business days, therefore we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you receive the confirmation e-mail from us. Please be aware that the check-in will not take place before the deposit hits our bank account. The end cleaning fee of 50€ will be deducted from the deposit by the end of your stay!
