Each tenant has a private bathroom + toilet and a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, dish ware & pans -pots in the kitchen. You will have access to a courtyard with barbecue, the kitchen, the tv room and the laundry room. The house is located right in front of the cinquantenaire and 5min walk away from Schuman and European institutions. You are right in the middle of the european quarter. 🏠Room 01 in Cinquantenaire house is on the ground floor street side with an en suite bathroom and toilet. It is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, a desk and a chair. There is also an armchair. There are of course a wardrobe and shelves in your room. There are black-out curtains to ensure a good night sleep. ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. ⚠️ Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€.
