In addition, in the apartment you will find enough storage space, TV, blinds, cleaning products, bed linen and towels. A communal laundry room with sufficient washer/dryers is upstairs for free use. In the living room there is a sofa bed for up to two people. The rent is set for two people, if the apartment is occupied by more people, it applies as follows: three people - the supplement is 100 EUR/month in addition to the basic rent, four people - the supplement is 200 EUR/month in addition to the basic rent.
