Energy Conservation Rules (Italy): In compliance with Italian law, guests are required to adhere to the following energy conservation rules: Follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling as per the schedule provided at the property. Provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. Note that condominium heating operates on a fixed schedule: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The maximum allowed temperature for residential thermostats is 19 degrees Celsius. Avoid using multiple appliances simultaneously to prevent power outages. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
