These apartments are practically and comfortably furnished with 19m2 and have a 1 single bed (90x200), the bedroom, a kitchenette, a workplace and a TV with cable TV program. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer as well as hand and shower soap. Some important information for you to know in advance: - Registration is possible for all of them and you can extend your stay with no extra costs (subject to availability) - with a maximum of 6 months. Please keep in mind that the registration document can only be handed out after check-in. - A cleaning service 1x per week is included in the rental price. Our cleaning service will clean and replace your bed sheets, towels & of course clean your apartment. - Deposit is not required for your reservation. - We do not have any washing facilities in the building.
