This top-floor studio in a low-rise building is perfect for you if you are looking for a homey accommodation with good transport connections to the city, close to shops, and beautiful outdoor trails. The studio is located just a short walk (300 m) from the nearest bus stop, where is a 4-minute journey to the metro station, making it easy and quick to get to Iso Omena Shopping Center (restaurants, cimena, shops, Pharmacy etc) and the city of Helsinki. It takes a 13-minute walk (about 1 km) to reach the metro station. If you love the seaside, you're in luck – it's nearby too. You can enjoy the fresh sea air within walking distance (850 m), so you can easily immerse yourself in the seaside atmosphere via the walking path right next to the house. Groceries can be conveniently obtained from a small K-market located 200 m away (open until 11 PM) or a 24-hour Alepa market located 500 m away. We also offer a washing machine so you can easily take care of your laundry during your stay. Traffic noises are not audible inside the apartment. The sleeping area offers a comfortable bed (160x200), and an additional 2-person sofa bed is available. The sheets and towels are provided. The studio comfortably accommodates two guests and a maximum of four people. The separate kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals. Note on the lack of an elevator: We want to point out that to access this apartment, you will need to use stairs. We are happy to accommodate a diverse range of guests, but we want to emphasize that, due to the stairs (48 steps), our apartment is not suitable for individuals with physically challenged. The apartment is situated in a quiet location and we hope our guests will also be considerate of the neighbors. Free parking for your car is available on the nearby street for 4 hours from 6 AM to 6 PM, with no time restrictions afterward. Street parking cannot be reserved, but we can offer a parking space at a nearby (250 m) parking area for 5 €/week....
