The apartment is located in a modern and guarded housing estate. The building complex provides access to many service points (shops, restaurants, fitness club, swimming pool). The advantage of the apartment's location is also the transport connection - from the metro or tram station, you can easily get to the Old Town, less than 2.5 km from the apartment. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: A comfortable and cozy apartment for 4 people, ideal for families and more. The spacious apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The cozy but modern impression of the apartment, its decor and warm colors, together with wooden elements will make you want to come back here. There is a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Guests arriving by car can park in a private parking space in the underground parking lot. The offer applies to several apartments of the same standard. Each apartment has the same equipment, but may differ in finish and decor. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
