The living space consists of a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment is comfortably and hospitably furnished. The bright decor and functional furnishings create a friendly atmosphere. To ensure the maximum comfort of your stay, high-quality amenities such as a free WiFi connection, a SmartTV with internet access and essential kitchen and bathroom equipment (a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, a washing machine). The apartment has two glazed balconies with an amazing view from the 14th floor. Guests with cars can park for free in a private space in the underground garage. There are many shops and restaurants on the first two floors. On the 4th floor of the building there is a beautiful garden with a playground for children. The neighboring area is also well developed, with many shopping and dining options on the nearby streets. The nearest green space, Poliński Park, is a 10-minute walk from the shopping center. The location can be a great starting point for exploring the rest of Warsaw, thanks to easy access to other districts. The Wiatraczna roundabout - an important transport hub - is 220 m from the apartment. The city center and the old town can be reached directly by public transport in 25 minutes without having to change. SERVICES: Bedding and towels(changed every 8 days) are included in the rent. Final cleaning fee of 219zl is required at move-out. A crib is available for a fee of 50zl/night. One parking space in the underground garage included in the booking price. Check-in 15:00-24:00, checkout until 11:00. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
