AFFITTASI STANZA DOPPIA 1 SOLO POSTO DISPOBIBILE PER UNA RAGAZZA L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, al secondo piano del condominio con ascensore è affittato esclusivamente a ragazze, per un totale di 6 posti letto. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort: internet, doppi servizi, camere nuove completamente arredate, cucina attrezzata, ascensore, aria condizionata, lavatrice e garage per moto e biciclette. Poco distante dall'appartamento c'è uno spaziosissimo parcheggio scoperto gratuito per le auto. Le altre inquiline dell'appartamento sono tutte studentesse universitarie e una giovane lavoratrice, molto tranquille e ordinate. L' appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla e sicura. A due minuti a piedi si trova un supermercato PAM, una pasticceria. Poco più distante sono presenti ogni tipo di servizi e ristoranti: McDonalds, Roadhouse, Old Wild West, Centro commerciale (Centro Giotto), Mediaworld. Inoltre è molto comodo per raggiungere l'università di psicologia a piedi o in bici nel giro di una decina di minuti. Anche la zona Portello è raggiungibile a 20 minuti a piedi. !!!!!!PER FAVORE NON contattatemi per prendere un appuntamento per vedere la CASA, la prenotazione va fatta tramite il sito i miei dati personali di contatto verranno dati solo una volta effettuata la prenotazione!!!!!...
