The bright apartment lies in the quiet back yard and is accesible through a private balcony. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) with a kitchen island and two high chairs, and a livingroom with a flatscreen TV, an armchair and a sofa that you can turn into a bed to accomodate up to two guests. There is a desk by the window for those working or studying, and the bathroom has a modern shower with glass doors, toilet, sink and a washing machine. In the bedroom you'll find a double bed 160x200cm, comfortable for two, and a large closet. During your stay you'll be well connected to metro (M2) and bus services as well as tram, each within 3-5 minutes walking distance. M1 is 7 minutes and Deák Ferenc tér 10 minutes walking. The famous shopping street Váci utca is also reachable by foot within 15 minutes. All utilities are included in the price, including WiFi. Cleaning can be booked additionally upon request for 30€. Your host speaks English, German, Spanish, Dutch and Hungarian and is available in case of any issues....

How rent is calculated

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
