The apartment has one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Both have air conditioning, closets and parquet flooring. Also on the second level there is a studio with sofa and desk, ideal for playroom or office! The bathroom is fully equipped and in perfect condition. The property has an impressive terrace with swimming pool and incredible views of the entire city. Please be advised of the following: - The building has a lift, concierge, vegetable garden, social club, and terrace with a communal pool and was completely built-in 2021.
