Located in a quiet building on the ground floor. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected, taking special care when moving through common areas. We will be available for any questions or needs that may arise. Neighbourhood with hospitality, shops and services. Located near highway access. 20 minutes walk from Arbeyal beach. Ideal for travelling by car because there is good parking in the area. Parties, events and pets are not allowed Please note: - The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies. - Utilities are included up to 150€. - A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price. - A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
