Please note: - The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies. - Utilities are included up to 150€. - A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price. - A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
