The flat is situated in an area well connected by public transports (bus and tramway) and also close to Novoli University and other private universities. It is 15 minutes walk from the rail Station of Santa Maria Novella and 20 minutes from the historical centre. The room is double for SINGLE USE. It is only for one person. The check-out is on the last day of the month by 10.30 am. Other possibilities can be agreed in advance. The rent is monthly and it is due on the 1st day of the move-in. Bedding is not provided, only a mattress cover. The monthly cost of the room and common parts is € 600 + € 190 for utilities in September 2026, whereas it is € 600 + € 150 for utilities from October 2026 to March 2027....

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
