We will be available for any questions or queries that may arise from our tenants. We are a company specialising in vacation rentals. Located in front of San Lorenzo Beach in the heart of Gijón. Ideal to get to know the city and enjoy its gastronomy and atmosphere Due to its location, it is ideal for getting around by car. A few meters from the apartment there is a public parking lot. There is also an option for public transport, ta(hidden) car rental, motorcycles or electric skates. Please note: - The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies. - Utilities are included up to 150€. - A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price. - A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
