The first apartment includes: double room with beautiful views, open living room, kitchen, second bedroom with two single beds and full attic bathroom. It has a low entrance, you have to be careful with your head. The second apartment includes: attic double room (there are areas that are low), open living room, kitchen and dining room, and full bathroom and terrace. Sofa bed in living room Located in the upper part of the beautiful town of Colindres, with good access without having to enter Colindres. Ideal for traveling by car around the area, since there is easy parking around the house. Relatives of the owners live in the building on the first floor. Parties or events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbors must be respected. Please note: - The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies. - Utilities are included up to 150€. - A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price. - A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
