The open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area is spacious and flooded with natural light, thanks to the surrounding balconies. In the living room area, there's a comfortable double sofa bed (122 cm) for additional guests. The m(hidden)edroom features a built-in wardrobe, a cozy double bed, and a private en-suite bathroom for your convenience. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There is a second complete bathroom in the apartment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is easily accessible via a newly installed elevator. Nearly all rooms, including the double bedroom, enjoy ample natural light and have access to small balconies. Amenities and Additional Information: We provide a crib and high chair upon request. Please notify us in advance. Two friendly brothers, your hosts, are readily available and live near the apartment. The apartment is situated in the Laviada neighborhood, conveniently close to Gijón's city center and various amenities, including supermarkets. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, while Poniente Beach can be reached in 8 minutes and San Lorenzo Beach in 15 minutes. Public transportation is easily accessible, with the bus station just a 4-minute walk away and the train station a mere 7-minute walk away. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, pets are prohibited, and parties are not permitted. Please adhere to the coexistence regulations of the neighborhood community. For parking, there is a cost-effective option nearby, as well as free street parking available.
