The apartment is located in an emblematic building in the center of Gijón, in attic on the fourth floor. Let us know if you need a high chair or crib and we will make them available to you! A few meters from the apartment there is an underground public parking lot, with the location of the apartment being ideal for getting around Gijón. Option to rent electric vehicles (scooters, motorcycles, cars...) You will live in a perfect area of the center of Gijón - in Covadonga, one of the transversal streets of the Begoña Park, in front of the Jovellanos Theater and next to shops, boutiques and ideal confectioneries. You can have a coffee as soon as you cross the street, on the iconic Café Dindurra terrace. A bakery and a supermarket close as well. This street has no nighttime hustle and bustle typical of wine areas such as El Carmen or La Ruta, however they are in a close proximity, so you'll be able to enjoy them. The advantage of living in the center of Gijón is that you can walk anywhere: to the beach, the promenade, the marina, the wine and drink areas. Also ideal as a base camp to explore by car the Sella, the Lakes of Covadonga, Picos de Europa, Cape Peñas and other tourist landmarks of green Asturias and the superb coast of the Cantabrian Sea. Pets and events are not allowed. The building does not have an elevator. Deposit for stays up to 4 months is 600€, for stays 5 months or longer it's 900€. Fortnightly sheet changes are included in the price, weekly cleaning service is optional and paid separately. Bills up to 150€ are included in the rent.
