The building does not have an elevator, it is a fourth floor. Located in a very central area of the city, next to Paseo de Begoña, with all the services nearby. Ideal place for walking around and enjoying the city, although you can also use public transport, ta(hidden) rent motorcycles, scooters or electric cars. Deposit for stays up to 4 months is 600€, for stays 5 months or longer it's 900€. Fortnightly sheet changes are included in the price, weekly cleaning service is optional and paid separately.
