El apartamento se ha reformado con mucho cariño hace poco y es muy bonito, tiene 3 dormitorios, un baño, cocina y salón. Además tiene balcón. Está en una zona de estudiantes y familias. Hay muchos comercios y bares cerca y está muy cerca de la universidad de Sevilla (Facultad de derecho, marketing, etc). La zona donde se encuentra se llama Plantinar / Juncal. Para este piso buscamos personas respetuosas, ordenadas y limpias. Es muy importante que se cuide el apartamento y se tenga buena relación con los vecinos. Están totalmente prohibidas las fiestas en el apartamento Aparte de la renta se paga una cuota fija de 30 Euros que incluye parte de la comunidad y el wifi. Los precios son para un periodo de 10 meses - para otros periodos pueden variar....
