It is within walking distance to the commuter train station, and Stockholm Odenplan can be reached in just 20 minutes. Rent includes everything: high-speed internet, electricity, water, heating, laundry facilities, home insurance, and professional cleaning of common areas and bathrooms twice per month. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
