The apartment is small but equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay in the vibrant city of Milan and is located in an area well-served and convenient for visiting restaurants and clubs within walking distance. Bright and comfortable, it is equipped with WIFI, washing machine and all the necessary services to make your stay in Milan unforgettable. The apartment of approximately 45 m2, located inside a quiet and clean courtyard, is located on the second floor of a period building with lift and is composed of a living room with small kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed queen with a large en suite walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower. In the kitchenette you will find four gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the center of the living room you will find a round table that can accommodate up to four diners, a sofa that can become a bed if necessary and a large Smart television. The bathroom is spacious with shower and washing machine while the sink is located in the anteroom. Right outside the house you cannot miss a visit to the chocolate shop of Charlotte Dusart, Belgian Maître Chocolatier who has opened a chocolate shop in Milan since 2019, right in via Eustachi 47. The apartment is located in one of the most historic districts of Milan, between Porta Venezia and Città Studi, whatever you need you can find it right outside the house; from the small greengrocer to the large supermarket not to mention bars and restaurants including the very famous and historic Bar Basso, a bar for those who know how to recognize and appreciate a drink prepared and served comme il faut. Via Eustachi is also located a few steps from the most important shopping streets in Milan and from Porta Venezia where you will find the coolest clubs and restaurants in the city! We can organize late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day in advance at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.
