Please read the rental conditions before booking the apartment RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email.
