My partner and I live on the other side of the house where there is a room with the same characteristics. We share the part of the kitchen and the gallery where there is a washing machine and a dryer, for the rest there is total privacy. It is located right in the center, behind Plaza Sant Jaume and two minutes from Las Ramblas, between the Jaume I and Liceu metro stops. The neighborhood is very alive and vibrant! The area is very commercial, you'll find stores, boutiques, international restaurants, and much more down every block! We are tidy, clean and respectful, we are non-smokers and visits are allowed, always respecting the rest hours of the neighborhood and of the members of the house.
