Description

Nice and bright studio apartment in the Navigli district, practically overlooking the Darsena. It accommodates up to 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor of an "Old Milan" style building. Ideal for couples, solitary travelers and workers away in Milan. Small but charming studio apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift in a "di ringhiera" building in full Old Milan style, typical of the beginning of the century. Great for couples, relocated workers or singles. The apartment is accessed from the balcony for exclusive use. In fact, a small gate delimits the last section of the railing. The window overlooks a small terrace below. The apartment consists of a single room with a double bed and a table for two. In the kitchenette you will find an undercounter fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and washing machine. The bathroom is small but well organized and there is also space for a large shower. The location of the apartment is extremely attractive, close as it is to the Darsena and the Navigli. The Duomo is a 20-minute walk away. The house overlooks the Darsena di Milano and is a short walk from the Navigli district of Milan, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. The neighborhood has been completely reborn in recent years, very close to the center (20 minutes on foot). The Navigli offer suggestive and romantic glimpses and along the waterways overlook delicious typical bars and numerous restaurants of all kinds. The Navigli are lively places that come alive in the evening with people attracted by the Milanese "movida" and by the happy hours of the bars full of atmosphere. Perfect for tourists as an ideal starting point for visiting the most representative places in Milan, even on foot. In viale Col di Lana, trams no. 9 and 10 pass along the entire inner ring road of the city. Tram 15 takes you directly to the Duomo in just a few stops. The tram stop no. 3 is a stone's throw away in Corso di Porta Ticinese and takes you directly to the Duomo. The Porta Genova underground station is three hundred meters away, a 10-minute walk. For the rest, we advise you to stroll along the Navigli and the Darsena which, in addition to being a pedestrian area, are the most characteristic place in the city. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
