From here you’ll get to universities like the Complutense of Madrid , Politecnica or Carlos III in no time, specially since the last one shares the same metro line with the apartment. In the area there’s also lots of small shops, restaurants, bars and places such as the Vista Alegre Palace and its gardens. The closest metro station is *Carabanchel (Line 5).* Rental conditions: - Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday. - We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT - The utility costs are as described in the listing.
