Description

Single room inside, with single bed (90cm), very quiet and spacious, ideal for university students. It is fully furnished and has modern furniture. It includes a 90x190cm bed, bedside table, desk, a large wardrobe, chair, bookshelf and study lamp. Community fees are included in the price of the room. However, the bills for electricity, water, natural gas, Wi-Fi and Internet installation will be paid separately by all tenants. The flat is located on the 1st floor, but the building has a lift. It is very spacious, with 4 single rooms (2 with a 90cm bed, 1 with a 135cm bed and 1 with a 150cm bed) and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, which will be used exclusively by the student who occupies it, while the other bathroom will be shared between the other three rooms. It also has central heating and air conditioning. The main living room is very spacious, with modern furniture purchased from Ikea and with a balcony/terrace outside. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, a utility room and a light patio. Only 8 minutes walk to the train station with connection to the Rabanales Campus; about 4 minutes walk to the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts; about 25 minutes to the Faculty of Law; 10 minutes to the city centre; and 50 metres to the m(hidden)us stops...
