This is a spacious, light-filled and elegant 73m2 flat in the 2nd district of Vienna: Situated in the historic "Stuwerviertel", in a quiet tree-lined street right across from Wirtschafts Universität (Economics University), Messe and Prater, the apartment includes a large combined Living Room/Dining room, a Bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet (with a window). The flat's logistics are fabulous – with only 2 minutes walk to the Messe-Prater U2 Station and 8 minutes to the Vorgarten U1 station (two stops away from Stephansplatz). Restaurants and shops are only a few steps away, with a EuroSpar (200m), Lidl (220m), Billa and Hofer (400m) within 5-7 minutes walking distance. The Danube, with opportunities for walking and sports, is within a casual 10 minutes-stroll. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift). Tastefully furnished, the flat features modern Nordic style elements and includes all amenities. The living room area includes a large TV set and sports a comfortable sofa and two seats. A separate desk in the bedroom offers a quite space for working, in addition to the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a larger fridge/freezer set and invites you to prepare your own homecooked meals, which you can then enjoy at the dining table that is sizeable enough to host friends or colleagues. The washing machine is located in the bathroom; an ironing board and iron are also available. Across the flat, there is plenty of storage space for your things. And while the flat is best suited for occupancy by singles or couples, the sofa in the Living Room can be unfolded to accomodate a guest. WiFi is of course available in the whole apartment. While the flat does not include a separate parking lot, parking space can usually found in the public parking areas (against. afee). Vienna is best explored using public transport; if you do bring a car, you might need to register in order to get long-term parking permit. Please be aware once the booking is done on HousingAnywhere we send you the contract. The cleaning fee of 120€ must be on our bank account to get the keys. Please also note that we have included a provision for Utilities (mostly Gas) into the total monthly fee (1500€). However, we had one person renting the flat who by far exceeded this. So we now have made a provision for 100€ in addition every two month but consider this an estimate. We can sort out the details when you are here....
