The rental covers water, cleaning, and electricity for the building's common areas. Apartment electricity, internet, and heating are billed separately. Pets are not allowed. Located just 400 meters from a bus stop, the apartment offers easy access to the city center. The apartment boasts a shared balcony, providing a wonderful space for relaxation and a dedicated parking space for added convenience.
