Super-efficient for its size, this 1538-square-foot, 7-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features hardwood floors, central and air conditioning, a fully-applianced gourmet kitchen, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and wainscoting. Additional features include a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and access to laundry facilities located inside the building. This entire apartment, including bedrooms, can be fully furnished by June upon request. Bedrooms in this unit vary in size. Four rooms can accommodate queen-size beds and additional furniture like nightstands and dressers or personal workspaces. Three of the seven bedrooms can hold a full-size bed. You have the option of renting a single room or the entire apartment if you need more space. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and feature chrome fixtures, modern lighting, and new tile floors. Both bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower combination. An eat-in kitchen comes equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and an over-the-range microwave. Black quartz countertops and a subway tile backsplash match the decor, which includes custom cream-colored cabinets. The kitchen is large enough to support a two-person dining table. The living area is warm and inviting, with ample room for a sectional couch and coffee table. Home to a thriving nightlife scene and some of the best Korean restaurants in Boston, this neighborhood is a popular destination among college students and foodies. The median age in this densely-populated neighborhood is approximately 27. Served by numerous bus routes and subway stations, Allston is an easily accessible neighborhood for commuters and visitors. Located on the first and second floor of a three-story brick building, this charming Allston apartment is perfect for college students and working professionals. An 8-minute walk will get you to Harvard Avenue station for the Green Line B train down to Boston College or over to Fenway Park. A 10-minute drive north will get you to Harvard University. There is a parking spot (paid separately) Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
