Its excellent location in the heart of Getafe, close to the best leisure and shopping options, the UC3M and the Getafe University Hospital, makes this accommodation an ideal choice for any dynamic student. If you want to go to the centre of Madrid or further afield, you have public transport just a few steps away. This building has two floors and each one has a fully equipped kitchen, a common area with a sofa and TV, and a balcony facing the street. It also has a laundry area with a relaxation area, which overlooks a charming interior patio. All rooms are furnished, and have closets and private bathrooms. Premium rooms even have their own balcony. We already have the doors open! Please note: - The minimum stay is 4 months but in Summer (June, July and August), the minimum stay is reduced to 1 month. - The deposit is usually equal to one month's rental price. However, depending on the candidate's solvency it can be 2 months. - Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included.
