The bed is a large sofa-bed (it's possible to get an additional extra double-bed 160x200 cm on demand if available, extra price please ask the Lessor). The bus and tram stops are just few seconds walk from the place. Both main railway station and m(hidden)us station are only few seconds walk from the building in Zamenhofa street. Many corporations in Lubicz street are located in the area. There is a service weekly cleaning available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The Lessor can help the tenants with the documentation needed to get the temporary residence and the PESEL number. The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess.
