The apartment is made of a hallway with a small corridor, kitchen annex, bathroom, big bedroom and a bedroom. The place advertised in this listing is the biggest room of the apartment. This is a bedroom in flat-sharing. There is a possibility to get a TV upon request (if available). The last renovation of the apartment was in August 2022 (new mattresses, new bed frames, painting, new wardrobe etc. etc.). The Lessor is planning to keep this special monthly price for the entire period of pandemic. The entire apartment can host a maximum of 6 people. The best would be 2, 3 people or 2 couples. Normally the Lessor wants 1 person per bedroom. The bathroom, the kitchen and the bedrooms are fully equipped. There are many kind of appliances and devices in the apartments: microwave, kettle, boiler, fridge with freezer, iron with iron board. There are also the hangers and a rack for the clothes. In each bedroom the sofa-beds are very large (double bed size 140x200 cm). The bedroom is bright and fully furnished. This is a perfect place for expats and foreign students (Erasmus), but also a good place for young professionals. Each bedroom is for 1 person or a couple. There are many foreigners in the building. There is an amazing courtyard just behind the apartment where the tenants car leave the bicycles. It's possible to park the car nearby the accommodation. The place is very close to both the shopping mall Galeria Krakowska, the railway station and the bus station. There is a possibility to get a service of bed linens and towels (the service is upon previous request and the price is not included in the monthly rent).
