The apartment is located on the ground floor in a very elegant building. The studio is made of a big room, kitchenette/hallway fully equipped and bathroom. There is a brand new big sofa-bed, purchased in 2020, for 1 or 2 people and a single bed. The tenant(s) can get a play-station and a TV (only upon previous request and if still available). The Lessor can get for the tenant(s) as well a monthly subscription to view the football leagues. NEIGHBORHOOD: The building is historical, clean and very elegant, with a cool backyard. The closest bus/tram stop is Nowy Kleparz, just few seconds walk from the place. The old town is just 9 mins walk. The railway station is 9 minutes walk. The m(hidden)us station is around 10 minutes walk. The food market Nowy Kleparz market is few seconds walk. The Business park Quattro is about 12 minutes by bus. Information about "Nowy Kleparz" food market It's a market close to the local transport stops/stations. You can find here fresh fruits and vegetables, but you can see as well attractive prepared traditional food. You can barter in this local market flowers, dishes or cloths. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
