The flat is located next to the city center, 5 minutes walk to 2 metro lines , Larissa and Victoria Station, so within minutes you can reach your destination , AUEB university, School of Architecture, Kypseli s Fokionos negri, Polytechneio, Exarcheia, Monastiraki, Syntagma , Gazi ....all these cool places you might want to have close, maybe... I don’t know...you decide. Anyways all the rooms have double beds, wardrobes desk and chair and are very spacious. The coolest thing of the flat though is that we have an amazing terrace, 170m2 that goes round the whole house. The whole Athens in on sight. From the Ancient Acropolis, to modern Athens... We have all amenities you could ask for like oven, normal kitchen, fridge, washing machine. - Bills Included : electricity , water, Wi-Fi, elevator use.
