This area is also perfect for professionals, doctors and students as it is only a few minutes walk to the Charité University / Hospital and BHT University. Bayer AG offices are also nearby. The apartment is also just a couple of minutes from the Sprengelkiez and the Nordhafen park. The area features many Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets and it provides a unique multicultural flair.
