Bien comunicada, con todos los comercios y supermercados y junto al Paseo de la Castellana que conecta Madrid de punta a punta. ¡A solo 5 minutos del metro de Cuzco y el de Plaza de Castilla! Y junto a la parada de autobuses de un montón de líneas. Es una habitación muy silenciosa y tranquila, ideal si necesitas estudiar o descansar bien. Con cama de 135cm, totalmente amueblada y equipada y con acceso a gran terraza compartida con otras 2 habitaciones. La casa cuenta con otras 7 habitaciones, todas ellas ocupadas por gente joven y respetuosa, en su mayoría trabajadores. Además, tiene un saloncito con TV, una cocina con 3 neveras y mesa de comedor y 3 baños (uno de ellos privado). Todos los suministros ( electricidad, calefacción, agua y wifi internet) y limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes son 49€ al mes. Limpieza final a la finalización de la estancia, 29€. Se pide un mes de fianza y un mes de honorarios (más iva)...
