The house is spread over three floors, the last of which has a terrace overlooking the entire city, the Apennines and the Strait of Messina. The room is perfectly equipped for two students, with a single bed and a sofa bed, fast Internet connection, a desk, a four-door wardrobe and a bathroom. The kitchen, which is shared, is located on the ground floor. The house is located less than 13 minutes walk from the Departments of Law, Economics, Cognitive, Psychological, Pedagogical and Cultural Studies (COSPECS) and Political and Legal Sciences (SCIPOG), located within the central UniMe complex, and 30 minutes by bus (line 33 bis) from the Engineering Department. The other departments can be reached by public transport, but are a little more inconvenient (45 minutes). All basic necessities are easily found along Viale Boccetta. The price shown is to be considered for a single room. If two people are interested in sharing the room, the singular rent and expenses increase to 300 and 75 euros per month...
