Accessories you will find in the flat: - Iron and ironing board - Drying rack - Phon - Towels - Bed linen: sheet and blankets - Kitchen accessories The apartment is located in a valuable 19th century historic building and is well located, close to the city center ( Piazza Castello is at 10min by foot). Porta Palazzo market is 1min by foot. The flat is perfectly located near Campus EINAUDI and Palazzo Nuovo University (both at 10 minutes by bicycle with a bicycle lane). Porta Nuova railway station is 20 minutes away by bus. Porta Palazzo is a vibrant, multicultural and multiethnical quartier. Every day (mon-sat) you can buy daily fresh food at Porta Palazzo Market, the hugest open market of Europe. Vegetables, fruits and meat are daily fresh, cheap and km0. Just close to the flat, the Baloon second hand Market takes plaace every sat and 2nd sun /month. The quartier is very alive during the day, but very quiet in the night. Close to the flat you will find a bicycle rail on the river Dora, which is very nice and usefull to get fast to the University and to Vanchiglia quartier (lots of bars and rest) The flat is perfect for 1 or 2 people. We rent the entire flat. Total rental price for the flat is 820e/month: 700+ 120 of gas and electricity. Wi fi+ garbage taxes+building taxes are included in the price. Minimum 1 month. Tutti i giorni (lun-sab) puoi acquistare cibo fresco al Mercato di Porta Palazzo, il più grande mercato all'aperto d'Europa. Verdure, frutta e carne sono fresche, economiche e a km0. vicino c'è anche il mercato dell'usato Baloon (ogni sabato e seconda domenica del mese).
