Our home has two double bedrooms, bathroom and dining room - kitchen. It is equipped so that you can spend a few days or seasons when you are in Burgos, whether for tourism or work. It has Wifi via fiber at 300Mbs. 3 people can live comfortably, with comfortable beds for each one. Housing on the 3rd floor without elevator. Very bright. All rooms have a window and natural light, and can have views of the Castle wall and San Francisco Street, right at its entrance in San Gil. Free parking area in the surroundings and if you need a paid area, the closest parking is in Plaza España or Plaza Mayor. It has the advantages of being very well located since it is very close to the center, but with the amenities of a neighborhood (parking areas, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets...). Located in a safe neighborhood. Right next to the Camino de Santiago. Equipment: 37" Smart TV, Washing machine, Combi refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, ceramic hob, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, iron, ironing board, toaster, fan, and Italian-style coffee maker. In addition, you will find all the kitchen utensils , pans, sheets, towel set, shampoo and soap. It has a 150x190 double bed and two 90x190cm single beds. Also a desk for a work area and closets in both rooms. Heating is by electric radiators. Hot water is provided by electric heater. Temporary contract is made. 1 month deposit. Light, water and internet supplies separately...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
