In addition, all rooms in the apartment feature fans to ensure your comfort during the hot summer months, as well as new furnishings, dishwasher and a relaxing chill-out terrace for your enjoyment. We remind you that the apartment has 4 more rooms facing San Lamberto street and one facing the quiet inner courtyard, all of them with new furniture and ready to be inhabited. For your convenience, all expenses, including electricity, water, gas, community, high speed wifi (500mb) and weekly cleaning of the common areas, are covered by a fixed monthly fee of 50€ per month. If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
