26m2 Zimmer in 3er WG Wohnungsgröße: 150m2 3er WG ( 2 Frauen ) Rauchen nicht erwünscht Studenten-WG, Frauen-WG, Berufstätigen-WG Sprache/n: Deutsch Englisch Details: Das Doppelhaus hat einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der von allen Bewohner genutzt wird. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, 25 qm groß und hat ein eigenes neu renoviertes Bad. Es steht eine eigene Küche zur Verfügung. Ausserdem gehört eine gemeinsame Küche, ein gemeinsames Esszimmer, eine große Terrasse dazu. Alles ist komplett saniert, d.h. Parkett, neue Tapeten, renoviertes Bad mit Badewanne und in sehr gepflegten Zustand. Ausser der WG Bewohnerin wohnt die Vermieterin mit im Haus EG/1.OG. Durch die berufliche Tätigkeit und die umliegende Nachbarschaft ist ein unkompliziertes Wohnen möglich. Das Dachgeschoss wurde sporadisch an Schauspieler der Burgfestspiele vermietet. Lage Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig im Stadtzentrum und im Grünen gelegen. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt ein Bus und es ist ca. 15min Fußweg zur S Bahn Gross Karben (mit Fahrrad ca 7 Minuten). Von dort fährt die S6, die Buslinie 30 nach FFM City. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls fussläufig in maximal 10 Minuten (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Rossmann, Metzger, etc). Donnerstag findet ein Wochenmarkt in 5 minütiger Fussnähe statt. Weitere Informationen gern direkt anfragen....
