The deposit amounts to two months' rent (or one month's rent for a one-month booking). The deposit must be transferred within 72 hours of booking the apartment via Housing Anywhere. Once we receive the deposit in our bank account, you will receive a follow-up email with check-in details. Please note that international bank transfers may take a few business days, so we strongly recommend initiating the transfer as soon as you receive the confirmation email. 🚨 Important: Check-in will not take place until the deposit has been successfully received in our bank account.
