I rent a room in a wonderful apartment located in the heart of the city of Barcelona. The location is perfect, it is only 200 meters from the metro stop Diagonal and has a bus stop with several lines in front of the house. Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas can be reached in just 15 minutes walking through the Pedera and all the beautiful modernist buildings of Paseo de Gracia. The apartment is very airy and bright. On the other hand it has all the comforts to make your stay unbeatable: WIFI internet connection and heating. It has a portal, lobby, staircase and elevator that denote the good taste and care of the occupants. Do not hesitate and come to spend some wonderful days in Barcelona, I will try to help you feel in a special place with a special host. My guests can use the washing machine, hang their clothes and use the ironing (hidden) summer they can enjoy a small terrace with plants, table and chair for breakfast or intimate aperitif. Wi-Fi connection is available. The house has a large living room for private use with the minimum furniture necessary for a meeting to be arranged. Kitchen, terrace and living room when they do not interfere with the host's private living. I interact with guests to the extent that they are willing. There are those who prefer to do their own thing and I respect them sincerely. When there is affinity we end up being friends and we share dinners and very pleasant walks.
