The house has three floors, the last of which has a terrace overlooking the whole city, the Apennines and the Strait of Messina. The room is perfectly equipped for a student, with a fast Internet connection, a desk, a wardrobe and a bathroom. The kitchen, which is shared, is also on the ground floor. The house is less than a 13-minute walk from the Departments of Law, Economics, Cognitive, Psychological, Pedagogical and Cultural Studies (COSPECS) and Political and Legal Sciences (SCIPOG), located within the UniMe central complex, and 30 minutes by bus (line 33 bis) from the Department of Engineering.
