The apartment is situated in a historic building with a garden in a quiet green area next to Subway Station Kagranerplatz (3 minutes walking distance). This Subway line (U1) brings you directly to the City Centre of Vienna (15 minutes). The monthly rent includes running costs (electricity, heating, WiFi,..), washing powder, conditioner and toilet paper. In each bedroom you will find a double bed and a desk. In the larger bedroom there is also a large wardrobe and a mirror. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a third desk and furnitures, where you can store your belongings. The fully equipped kitchen comes along with a modern e-cooking field, an oven, refridgerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cuttlery, dishes, pots, pans and a comfortable seating area including a big dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is in a seperate room. If you run out of clean laundry, a washing machine is available for you free of charge. You will also find your private terrace in the garden, where you can eat and relax. It is possible to store your cycles in the garden. The registration is only possible as secondary residence....
