The house is about 2 minutes walk to the train station. Closest airport: Brussels South Morlanwelz is a small city between Charleroi and Brussels This beautiful house features 9 large bedrooms from 16 to 22 sqm, each with its own private shower, toilet and fridge. A large common area with a cozy lounge and fitted kitchen (induction cooking plates, microwave, airfryer...) as well as a garden and bicycle parking is available to the tenants. Parking in the street is generally possible at no charge, and other parking facilities nearby make it a good place also if you have a car. Plenty of small grocery stores, supermarkets, snacks and restaurants are available in the neighborhood. Rent for 6 months is 430/month with all charges included. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month) Deposit is 700€.
