The so-called "Schleidenhof" is a very well-kept apartment complex with over 100 residential units and several house entrances on Schleidenhof-/Bruckner-/Ortrud- and Lohkupplungstrasse. The 1-room apartment is on the ground floor of the apartment entrance at Ortudstraße 39 with a view of the street in front. The beautifully landscaped inner courtyard (own land) of approx. 2,200 m2 belonging to the residential complex is lovingly fenced in with trees and bushes. A children's playground is also part of the complex. Hamburg's large city park is not even 1 km away. The Osterbek Canal invites you to take walks along the water. In the immediate vicinity there is a sports club with a football pitch. The Alster City, a large office complex, the regional labor court and the department of social education with the library of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences belong to the neighborhood. Good transport possibilities (buses).
