It has been decorated with great care thinking of every detail, as in the plants that fill with life and brighten every corner. The double height of the living room bathes the entire space with natural light. The impeccable kitchen is integrated into the space through a bar. It is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking such as induction stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the second level you will find the sleeping and home office area. As you go upstairs, you will find the studio, perfectly equipped to be the ideal space to study or work at home. There are two comfortable bedrooms with a sofa bed, both double in size. The first room has a double bed and TV, and the second room has 2 single beds and 2 large closets. The apartment has two modern bathrooms, on the first level, ideal for receiving guests, has a shower while, on the second level, there is a bathtub for more personal use. Both bathrooms have extractors and anti-fog mirrors. The apartment has air conditioning and centralized heating, adjustable for both spaces with aerothermal system, fiber optics and mesh network for the coverage of both levels, as well as security system and smoke detectors.
